These terms are an agreement between you and Niblr ("we", "us") governing your use of the Niblr app and website. By using Niblr, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use Niblr
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Niblr. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of the recipes, boards, lists, and other content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and sync that content so the app can work — for example, showing a board to the people you invite. When you share content publicly or with others, you're responsible for having the right to do so.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Niblr for anything unlawful, or to infringe others' rights.
- Don't upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that you don't have permission to share.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its AI features.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
AI features
Niblr's AI features (recipe import and the assistant) generate results automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review AI-generated recipes, quantities, and nutrition estimates before relying on them.
Not health or dietary advice
Nutrition targets, macro figures, and any related information in Niblr are for general informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health or diet.
Purchases
Some features may be offered as paid upgrades or subscriptions. If and when they are, purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and any billing, renewal, and refund rules are governed by those stores.
Service availability
We work to keep Niblr running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — please keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niblr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using Niblr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Niblr after changes means you accept them.
